Today I want to show you all I want for Christmas Decoration 2015! You might think it’s far away, but let me tell you … it’s not 😉 Usually it would’ve already snowed in the Netherlands around this time of the year, but unfortunately it didn’t. Temperatures were even rising to 15 degrees! However, now the temperature starts changing into cold and freezy temperatures, so that’s soon about to change. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow! Hopefully it’s going to be a white christmas this year, who will tell.

Christmas is all about family, tradition, (snow) , and a great ambiance. If there’s no Christmas Tree, Christmas decoration, Christmas meal and Christmas music, you will not have that cozy Christmas feeling. But when you have Christmas decoration you’ll get that feeling right away! Before I start decorating, I always think about what theme I want this year. What colours I want to use and what look I want to achieve. By doing that you’ll get a stylish decorated home.

Are you going for a Glamorous Christmas with lots and lots of sparkles and glitters? Silver with Green theme? What about luxurious Christmas decoration, full with Gold and white details? Or are you going for Red and Gold, which will make your house feel warm because of the colours?

It’s really something to think about. Totally fine if you prefer a not matched Christmas interior. But if you don’t: just choose one theme and stick to it.

A tip: also start thinking about what theme you like next year and buy the decoration after Christmas. Lots and lots of discounts are given, which is great if you don’t want to spend tons of money on your decoration. (Wáy better to spend tons on your outfit, right?)
