♥ Breakfast from Verival. It’s great to know you’re eating something without synthetic colours, flavours and preservatives.

Previous week, my doorbell rang and the mailman was standing before me with a heavy package, I didn’t know about. When I opened it inside there was a huge package with several Verival products. Verival also has the “normal” sized packages, available. In the Netherlands that is at the Jumbo and Deen supermarkets.

The two packages inside, made an advent calendar together. You had to cut the numbers 1 till 24, and stick them on the plastic bags inside, you could count the days until Christmas. You’ll probably know this from calendars filled with sweets or chocolates, but this is a very nice and healthy variation.

Inside; six different sorts of muesli, cruesli and porridge. Perfect for a fast and easy breakfast. I always have to think about what I should eat in the morning… this makes it way easier!

It’s super important to vary with food, to keep your body working in it’s best way. You guys know I love healthy and yummy (sometimes not so super healthy) breakfast , so these products are really nice. Breakfast is different every single day, and it’s great to know you’re eating something without synthetic colours, flavours and preservatives. The only thing is, that it’s a tiny little sweet, because of the dried pieces of fruit and some other added ingredients. Something you like or not.

If you’d like to start your Monday with porridge, you can begin the month with porridge and put the sticker “one” on the bag you like. Of course, it’s a little late to start counting the days now, but Verival also has the “normal” sized packages, available at the Jumbo and Deen supermarkets.
