The third yummy juices recipe #detox

In the first article, you already read that I’m going to post six juices so that you can detox yourself. They’re actually for detoxing 6 days in a row. But that might be a little too heavy, so if you’ll take them once in a while that’s better. And… if you keep following these detox posts, you’ll have all six for detoxing a week. After these six, I’ll post variations to those real yummy juices. The six juices are 500 ml each and with these juices you’re drinking (detox) tea and water.

Today’s juice is a purple one

The previous one was super delicious, because I love Pineapple and the colour (orange) is super pretty!
However, today’s juice is also pretty something. It’s purple, who doesn’t love purple? Plus, beetroot is quite sweet and therefor also really nice!  But not only does it taste really good, it’s also super good for your health.
Beets are loaded with vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and C and have long been known for their amazing health benefits for almost every part of the body. Though, it’s still not something people take/eat/or drink very often.
So let’s make this super juice right now!

Here’s how to make it yourself:

What do you need:
> 1 small Cucumber, or half a cucumber
> 2 apples
> 0,5 lemon
> Small piece of ginger
> Fill with beetroot juice until you have 500 ml juice.
I buy a bottle of biological beetroot-juice, because you’ll get extreme dirty hands and stains, if you’re not very careful with peeling the beets. Of course, if it’s fresh and you juice it yourself.. it might be even better, but I think a bottle of biological also does the job 😉

Put everything in pieces in the slow-juicer, juice it and you’re done! You’re ready to drink this purple juice.
Drink this one at 13:00 o’clock (or drink it as a healthy snack with your breakfast, lunch, or whenever you want)
