I know, if you’d be extremely healthy you’d make “carb-free” pasta from zucchinis(for example), but I absolutely love pasta and it took me a little bit too long to slice zucchinis into pasta. So… I’ve chosen for healthy spelt pasta, which is packed with nutrients and is high in protein and fiber (delicious nutritious…)Biological, Easy Pasta Recipe.Using healthy spelt pasta. This one is so jummy. And it done in less than 30 minutes. Ones you’ve tried it your sold. So, besides the healthy spelt pasta I’ve only used fresh and biological ingredients, no packaged food.
The ingredients for 3 Persons:
* 7/8 (500 gram) Roma-Tomatoes
* 1 big red onion
* ½ green and ½ yellow pepper
* little chilli pepper
* dried basil
* 2 big cloves of garlic

First you’ll need to chop all the greens and herbs, meanwhile you could turn up the heat and wait for your water to boil (you could also add some sea salt). Then you’ll need to heat your cooking pan and put the minced meat into the pan. Spice it up with some sea salt, pepper, chilli pepper (you could cut it into small pieces with a scissor –so much easier-) and garlic, let it be for a little while and then add the peppers and the rest of the greens.
Back to the pasta… when the water boils, you can put the spelt pasta into the pan and let it boil for about 8/9 minutes. Meanwhile your sauce will be ready already, but you could turn the heat down a little bit until your pasta is ready.
The final touch
Take a nice plate, put the sauce on top of the pasta, add some more herbs, if desired, and there you go: super healthy, super tasty, super yummy.
