When I wake up, I do my exercises and after want to eat a healthy breakfast. The reason why I love this recipe so much, is because it’s really easy and fast to prepare and you don’t need any refined sugars (only fruit) to make it tasty…
Some time ago I posted the photo you see above on Instagram and told I was going to post the recipe of this healthy breakfast on Tuesday next week… which is today, so here we go!
What do you need?
The only things you need for this healthy breakfast , the best ever
>3 Tablespoons of Oatmeal
-a (little) cooking pan
>Cinnamon on each pancake
>Raisins to sprinkle over you r pancakes (if desired)
>Olive oil or Coconut Oil
>Apple/Blueberries/any fruit you like
What to do with it?
Well… you put the eggs, oatmeal and banana in the mixer, let the mixer blend and mix it all up and your baking mix is ready. When it’s mixing you can turn up the heat for your cooking pan and put some oil in it (whatever oil you like) and then you can start making your pancakes. I put about 2/3 tablespoons of cake mix in the cooking pan for 1 pancake and then sprinkled some raisins and cinnamon over it. Just wait until the sides start to thicken a little bit and turn them around.
When you’re pancakes are ready, you can put them on a nice plate and put some Greek yoghurt on top of it, add a few pieces of apple and some red fruit and your breakfast is ready to be eaten 🙂
