Mix & Match
Ik leg altijd eerst alles uit op mijn bed en maak dan setjes. De dingen die ik meeneem moeten met minimaal 1 ander item te matchen zijn. Op die manier kan je meerdere outfits maken met dezelfde items en er toch weer anders uitzien. In combinatie met sieraden heb je zo superleuke looks.
Laagjes laagjes laagjes
Probeer het aantal items te beperken. Bedenk hoeveel dagen je daadwerkelijk weggaat en hoeveel je je zult gaat dragen. Trek zoveel mogelijk lagen kleding aan die je, wanneer je het warm hebt, uit kunt trekken.

Denk aan: een bikini onder je kleding, hemdje, shirt, vest, trui
[kun je desnoods om je middel knopen] en jas. Dan hebben we de sieraden: doe zoveel mogelijk om, trek je zwaarste schoenen aan en doe je nieuwe leuke hoed alvast op. Op die manier spaar je veel ruimte uit en hoef je alleen nog maar een paar hoognodige dingen in te pakken.Roll me up
Je kleding oprollen zorgt ervoor dat je ruimte bespaart én dat je kleding kreukvrij blijft. Een win-win situatie dus. Doe er je voordeel mee 😉

Over elkaar
Als één na laatste “inpak”-tip is het heel handig om jurken en broeken over elkaar heen te leggen, zoals je op de foto ziet. Op die manier blijft het kreukvrij en plat, dus je kunt veel in je koffer kwijt.
Drop it like it’s hot
Neem mini’s mee, gebruik ze, laat ze daar. Je gebruikt het daarna toch niet meer en het scheelt weer ruimte en gewicht. Heb je weer een excuus om dat ene leuke jurkje uit Spanje te kopen, toch?
Ik ga op vakantie en neem mee…
Een e-reader! In plaats van 10.000 zware boeken, kun je die vooraf op je e-reader zetten. Je bespaart ruimte en gewicht en je hoeft niet te kiezen tussen die twee leuke romantische boeken. In plaats daarvan zet je ze er gewoon allebei op. Wel zo leuk…
Transparantie
Gebruik voor al je kleine spulletjes transparante zakjes. Hierdoor is alles overzichtelijk en hoef je niet je hele koffer over hoop te halen
(dus geen rondvliegende tampons of condooms. Scheelt weer). Doe hetzelfde met stekkers (en doe er een elastiekje omheen, zodat ze niet in de knoop raken)
Secret ingredient
Doe je sokken en ondergoed in je schoenen. Is handig.
We’re getting steamy
Kreukels in je kleding? Hang het uit in de badkamer, door de vochtigheid verdwijnen de kreukels als sneeuw voor de zon.

Wow so many great tips! I never thought of putting underwear in shoes. That would really save a lot of space and perhaps even keep the shape of the shoes too! I will be using these tips for sure!

I only recently learned the importance of rolling my clothes. Makes it so much easier when I shop a lot. I always make sure to pack more underwear than I need. You never know when a bloody accident may happen…haha!
It’s crazy how you fit so much stuff in that little suitcase! I always try to consolidate my skincare at least in travel size containers- that really helps when I pack! I love your little Gucci bag, is it personalized? 🙂

I used to be the person who packed like this. Then I became a fashion blogger on full time and haven’t been on a trip where I haven’t had a photo shoot and well, you know what that means. TONS of stuff. Fashion month did take the prize though as I had 4 suitcases with me and it’s not even fun to travel when you’ve got that much to carry. And in the end, I probably didn’t even use half of the stuff I had with me, but I just wanted to have them “just in case”. I need to stop thinking like that however and when I’m actually going on vacation next time, pack as little as possible! 🙂 Thanks for the tips!

Such good packing tips! I also make sure I have something that matches with each item pack so that I can recreate different looks. That’s a smart thing to do when packing. Never heard of the socks in shoes. Sounds like a good packing tip!
