♥ Yes I can always look good in Pictures , we all can. Want to know how? I’ll tell you !
Now we can all look good in pictures 🙂
♥ First of all, we’re all beautiful in our very unique way. It’s difficult to see and say that about yourself, but we all have something that makes us.. us. The other thing I’d like to tell you, is that everyone is capable of being photogenic. Really we can all look good in pictures. You only have to be in the right lighting, strike the right pose and make the right faces. It sounds like a lot, but we’re going to take things slow and step by step.
♥ Begin by turning your head to one side, the side that you think is the prettiest one. If you don’t know which one that is, just experiment with it and see which one looks best on photo. When you look straight into the camera, your face is going to look wide. That’s why it’s better to turn your head slightly to one side. You can turn your head a bit to the left and look straight, to the left, up, to the right, down and straight into the camera.
♥ Stretch your neck. You don’t want to be on a picture with your neck being all scrunched up. So.. stretch that neck and push your head a bit forward. It feels absolutely ridiculous when you’re doing it, but it makes your face look thinner. This also avoids having a double chin.
♥ Keep that chin down. Sometimes you’re so in the posing-moment that you flip that head to the back and have your chin in the air. Don’t. The photo’s where your chin is down, are always the best. You’ll see. Try pulling one shoulder down, stretching your neck and pulling your chin down. It might feel a bit weird in the beginning, but I’d say: give it a try, make a selfie and see how it looks!
♥ Cheese is great on pizza, but for pictures, say “money.” The strong e sound makes the corners of your mouth go up.
♥ Put your tongue behind your teeth. This will also prevent having a double chin and it looks way better than if you don’t. It’s also a perfect trick to smile “the right amount”, so that you don’t over do it.
♥ When a camera with flash is pointed at you, look into light. This way you prevent having red eyes on photo’s and will make your eyes sparkle.
♥ Look at old photo’s and learn from them. See which position is best, which pose looks cute and which face is good. Also important: the light. Between 11:00 and 13:00, the lightning can be quite harsh. So, except when you’re in a studio, make photo’s when it’s really early, or after 13:00.
♥ Natural not-posed photo’s are the best. Ask a friend or someone from your family to take a picture of you while you’re busy doing something. Having a conversation with someone, when you’re laughing, or when you’re listening to a story.
♥ Twist your torso, turning one shoulder toward the camera and the other away from it makes you look very slender.
♥ Have fun and laugh! People who have fun are the prettiest. Try thinking of something that makes you happy (or about any other thing that brings out the emotion you want to express). What also helps is “laughing out loud” (LOL). Making the laughing-sounds also helps your laugh looking more genuine.

Haha zo is het! X
Yesss! Love this!
Sehr cooler Beitrag! 🙂
Stretch your neck, yes! Ich sag meinen Models immer, dass sie einfach so schauen sollen wie eine Schildkröte. 😀 😀

Thanks for the tips! I actually dislike taking selfies because I’m never happy with the result and not patient enough to as much pictures as are needed to get the best result. But with these tips that might change!
With love,
