♥ Tuesday I Modeled for Shoeby and TeamKappers. I’ll tell you a little bit more about what I did, plus I’ll show you the Behind the Scene-shots!

Afgelopen dinsdag was ik model voor Shoeby en TeamKappers. Van wat ik heb gezien, zijn het heel gave editorials geworden. De uiteindelijke resultaten mocht ik nog niet zien, maar krijg ik snel en worden ook gedeeld op de Social Media van Shoeby en TeamKappers. Wordt vervolgd…

Wat ik wél heb, zijn behind the scenes shots, gemaakt door topper Jamey en mijzelf. Ook ontdekte ik “Instagram-stories”; heel handig dat het Instagram en Snapchat (oké, soort van) in één app is. Dagen als deze zijn perfect om te “snappen”, maar elk moment van de dag en élke dag delen? Daar begin ik niet aan..

Om tien uur stapte ik het hoofd-gebouw van TeamKappers binnen, na kennis gemaakt te hebben met het team en de rest van de modellen, werd er een before shot gemaakt #nomakeupface

Daarna mocht ik uit een aantal setjes van Shoeby mijn outfit kiezen. Na wat mixen en matchen (ik kon het niet laten), kwam ik tot de uiteindelijke outfit: sporty en girly.

Na heerlijk te hebben geluncht, werd mijn haar ingevlochten en in de “keiharde” Roy Donders krul gezet (het is inmiddels een echt begrip geworden). Zodra de krullen waren afgekoeld, werden ze uitgetrokken, zodat ik een volle bos krullen had.

Hier werd mijn make-up gedaan. De make-up artist gaf me een natural look met een vleugje glam. Na wat laatste touch-ups, gingen we naar de locatie voor de photoshoot van Shoeby. Allereerst werd er een groepsfoto gemaakt en toen.. begon de shoot!

Rond 16:00 werd er voor een laatste keer geklikt en was het “A wrap!”. Ook als Model (lees hier hoe je model wordt, en hier hoe je altijd goed op foto’s staat) word je af en toe verwend: ik kreeg een tas vol met goodies mee. Om deze dag goed af te sluiten, dineerden we bij Bazar in Rotterdam.

Last Tuesday, I modeled for Shoeby and TeamKappers. From what I’ve seen, we’ve shot some really amazing editorials. The final results I wasn’t allowed to see, but I soon will and then I’ll show them to you too. Eventually they’ll also appear on the Social Media channels from Shoeby and Team Kappers.

What I dó have, are behind the scenes shots; made by babe Jamey and myself. I also discovered “Instagram-stories”; really handy, is that it’s Instagram and Snapchat (okay almost) in one app. Days like this are the perfect opportunity to “snap”, but sharing each and every moment of the day? I’m not going to.

At then o’clock, I walked into TeamKappers’ main building. After meeting up with the team and other models, they made a before shot #nomakeupface

After that, I got to choose between a few Shoeby sets. After mixing and matching (I couldn’t resist), I had the final outfit: sporty and girly. After a delicious lunch, my hair got done: braids at the back and real hard “Roy Donders” curls (google it). After they cooled down, they were pulled out, so that I had this big bunch of curls.

Here I got my make-up done. The Make-up Artist gave me a natural look with a hint of glam. After the final touch-ups, we went to the shooting location. First of all, they made a group shot and then… the Shoeby photoshoot began.

Around 16:00, the final “clicks” were made and it was “A wrap”. Also as a model (read here how to become a model and here how to look your best in photographs) you get spoiled now and then. I got a bag full with goodies to take home with me. To end the day perfectly, we dined at Bazar Rotterdam.
