Hi lovelies ! Friday I already wrote, that we’d celebrate my Parent’s 25 Year Anniversary and Saturday was the special day…
We hired a nice and cosy room in a restaurant, decorated with beautiful curtains, lights and table decoration. The location was beautiful, there were horses around the place, we could have a walk in the huge garden, the weather was great… It couldn’t have been any better 🙂

Funny thing is, that when my parents got married, the weather was exactly the same! Same temperature and also really sunny.

I brought my own stereo with me, so we could play music we liked on this special day. At four o’clock, the family arrived and my parents got spoiled with all their presents. We did a high tea grande, which started outside with a bubbly cider (alcoholic drink). After that, we moved inside and took our seats in the reserved room. The plates with appealing treats were already screaming at us “eat me, eat me” … we couldn’t wait any longer, time to attack!

It’s always nice to talk to everybody again, have a laugh and have a great time. Especially when you haven’t seen them in a long time, so it was nice to get to know about all the ins and outs again.

After the tea and sweets (think: apple pie, brownies and muffins…), we got a pumpkin soup and salad. A great alternation to all the sweet stuff before haha. I’ve eaten wáááy to many treats on one day, but for me it works like this: when I eat a lot of something all at once… I don’t have to have it in a really long time again. So that’s great, now I won’t crave for apple pie and brownies in a really long time any more haha. Come to mama green vegetables and fruits!

Then it was time to say goodbye to everyone and go home again. It was a really special day…
