She’s known for her beautiful Couture Pieces, and actually quite surprised me by showing this year’s collection. Not Haute Couture, but some serious ready-to-wear ensembles for real business babes: super stylish and luxurious.
Three fierce-looking ladies walked down the runway in wintery knee boots on girl-power-feel-good-music.
From glitters, leather details, matching gloves, pencil skirts and dark lips, to checkered long coats, feminine suits and leather trousers. Monique showed us the perfect (work-)outfits; classy, extravagant, but in a balanced way.
We saw (wine) red, black, green, shades of blue, burgundy and purple: typical Winter colors, which we’ve seen a lot this week.

Monique Collignon, bekend om haar zelfbewuste, zeer vrouwelijke, en een beetje brutale collecties. Ze kleedt dé grote sterren in Nederland en internationale sterren voor de Red Carpet. Een paar van designs, werden zelfs historisch voor Nederland.
Ze is bekend om haar mooie Couture Pieces, en verraste mij eigenlijk met de collectie van dit jaar. Niet Haute Couture, maar serieuze classy ready-to-wear ensembles voor echte business babes: super stijlvol en luxueus.
Drie krachtig-ogende dames, liepen de catwalk op in winterse knie laarzen op girl-power-feel-good-muziek. Van glitters, leren details, bijpassende handschoenen, pencil skirts en donkere lippen, tot geruite lange jassen, vrouwelijke pakken en leren broeken. Monique liet ons de perfecte (werk-) outfits; classy, extravagant, maar op een gebalanceerde manier.
We zagen (wijn) rood, zwart, groen, tinten blauw, bordeaux en paars: typische Winter kleuren, die we veel voorbij zagen komen deze week.
