♥ Organic Chocolate for your Body

A little while ago I got two beautiful products Organic Chocolate from John Masters Organics. I’d never heard of the brand before. So I really wanted to try this since every product is made with Organic Ingredients such as Organic Chocolate .  They’re also “cruelty free” (not tested on animals) and 100% good for your skin/hair/body.

Honey & Hibiscus Hair Reconstructing Shampoo; €44,-

The first product is a Honey & Hibiscus Hair Reconstructing Shampoo.
What this Organic Chocolate shampoo does is, it helps to reconstruct the hair. It has the same acids found in young hair. It’s a gentle shampoo that strengthens your hair with each wash and doesn’t contain sodium lauryl sulfate.

My hair was quite dry, when you dye your hair it needs a little more support.
So I was really happy when this product came in…

The smell

Well, the key ingredients are:
Honey – moisturizes
Hibiscus – moisturizes and helps maintain a healthy scalp.
Linolenic & hyaluronic acid – same acids found in all hair.
Sulfur – necessary for body’s production of collagen, which helps to form keratin.
Soy, rice & oat proteins – strength-building amino acids.
Decyl glucoside – certified for its eco-clean production values.

It smells really herbally, but mostly like Hibiscus, it’s a really nice, fresh and natural shampoo.

The shampoo is for all hair types

 it’s perfect for a daily-shampoo for dry, damaged or coloured hair. You could also use it once a week, to change with your normal shampoo.

What I like about this shampoo is that my hair felt really clean and had a healthy glow after washing it. You don’t need a big amount of shampoo, because it foams a lot. Also the package is beautiful and so elegant: I just felt chic using it! The thing that you’ll probably dislike is the price…
It’s quite an investment.

Because it only contains organic ingredients, it costs more to produce this product. Besides: you could use it everyday without damaging your hair, you don’t need a lot. It smells great, makes your hair look healthy and the package is beautiful…

The second products is a
Cacao and Cupuacu Hand & Body butter; €48,40

You must love the smell of chocolate Organic Chocolate  – but who doesn’t right? The smell of Cacao Butter is really strong, I like it. I’ve never seen the texture of this butter before; it’s a little thick so you have to smear really good. You can see and feel it’s all natural and organic, yum!

What are it’s Key Ingredients?

In this butter there are mixes of cupuacu butter – helps to restore skin elasticity, cacao butter – helps fade blemishes and stretch marks, cranberry seed oil – powerful anti-oxidant and one of nature’s best sources of omega 3 and omega 6 essential fatty acids, shea butter – smooth, moisturize and helps keeping your skin balanced and toned, borage oil – moisturizes and rose hip oil – high in oleic, linoleic and linolenic acids.

What are the properties of this Body Butter?

The butter reduces the signs of aging, is rich in anti-oxidants, high in oleic , linoleic and linolenic acids, protects against free radical damage and protects and softens the skin and  is great for reducing the appearance of scars and wrinkles.

Conclusion: It’s for all skin-types, especially when you have super dry skin, my body really needed this. After applying my skin feels really soft and hydrated.
I’ve been using this product for a little while now and I really see and feel the difference. My skin doesn’t feel really irritated and dry any more -caused by the Winter Weather- so this butter definitely helped.
